We are one of the very few factories in the world who have the complete production process of brown fused aluminum oxide from bauxite mining, to sintering production, to smelting, crashing and finally screening to various sizes.
And also with years of production experience, high and stable quality has been maintained for all our output and delivery to customers all over the world.
As a product from natural minerals, the chemical composition determines its quality. From the raw material -bauxite, through production, to the final product – brown fused aluminum oxide, our laboratory is busy with analysis of the chemical composition to ensure the quality of every batch of material and production.
Particle size distribution is another focus of our quality control. Sample tests once per two hours are strictly carried out to monitor consistent output and confirm the satisfaction to different order requirements.
Density test and magnetic material analysis are also carried out in the lab.
